Terms and Conditions – 977pak Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 977pak platform, creating a player account or placing any bet — whether on cricket, PSL fixtures, casino games, slots, bingo or any other product available on 977pak — you are entering into a binding agreement with 977pak and confirming that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside any additional rules, game-specific terms, promotion terms or policies published on 977pak. Where a conflict exists between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 977pak platform, you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. 977pak takes underage gambling seriously and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately with all funds returned minus any bonuses.
• You must be a real, individual person acting on your own behalf — not a company, trust, organisation or any entity acting on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee or director of 977pak.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Using false names, dates of birth or contact details is a serious breach of these terms and will result in account closure.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where using online betting or casino platforms is prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to understand the laws applicable to you in your location.

977pak reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If a player cannot or will not provide requested documentation, the account may be suspended until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 977pak. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same device, same payment method or same household — are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered, 977pak reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any bonuses or pending withdrawals associated with them.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 977pak support immediately. 977pak will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

977pak may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including before processing your first withdrawal. Standard verification may include a copy of a valid Pakistani ID card (CNIC), proof of your registered payment method and confirmation of your address. This process is standard across all reputable online platforms and exists to protect both players and the platform from fraud and misuse.

3.4 Account Currency

All 977pak accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to hold a balance in any other currency. All deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values and bet stakes are displayed and processed in PKR.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

977pak supports the following PKR payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR with no currency conversion fees applied by 977pak. Your payment provider may apply their own charges independently, which 977pak has no control over.

4.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your 977pak account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment network. Raast and bank transfer deposits are processed on the same business day in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 to 48 hours after identity verification has been completed. VIP Gold, Platinum and Elite members benefit from priority withdrawal processing with reduced wait times. 977pak reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawal requests above certain amounts as a security measure.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your 977pak account, or to an account verified as belonging to you.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 977pak reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts — meaning any account not belonging to the registered player — are not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback and VIP rewards offered by 977pak are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general terms. The general rules below apply to every bonus unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one per player, per household and per registered payment method, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly or combined with other offers unless stated in the promotion terms.
• 977pak reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. For example, a welcome bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before any funds derived from that bonus become withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a lower percentage (often 10–20%), and certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. Check the specific promotion page for contribution rates.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bets on both sides of an outcome to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other method of exploitation — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and any winnings derived from them. Repeated abuse may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 VIP Cashback

Cashback earned through the 977pak VIP programme is credited as real money with no wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the VIP programme terms. Cashback is calculated on net losses within the relevant period and credited at the rate applicable to your current VIP tier.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the 977pak platform are subject to acceptance at 977pak's discretion. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference on screen. In the event of a technical error or system failure during bet placement, the bet will be considered void and any stake will be returned to your account.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds for cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and other sports markets are updated in real time and may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed. 977pak accepts no responsibility for any odds displayed in error. If odds are published incorrectly due to a technical error, 977pak reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds and return the stake.

6.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended before the event concludes; a result cannot be determined; or a pricing error is identified. Void bets have stakes returned in full to the player's account.

6.4 Casino and Live Casino

The outcome of all casino games — including slots, live casino tables, bingo and all other games — is determined by certified random number generation systems or by live play with real human dealers streamed in real time. 977pak does not interfere with game outcomes in any way. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the result of the hand or round already in play will stand as the official result.

6.5 Maximum Payout

977pak applies maximum payout limits per bet, per day and per player. These limits vary by product and market. Your applicable limits are available within your account settings. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit will be partially accepted up to the maximum payout amount, or declined entirely. 977pak will notify you if a bet cannot be accepted in full.

7. Player Conduct

All players using the 977pak platform are expected to conduct themselves in a fair, honest and respectful manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration, verification or at any other point during the use of the platform.
• Harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour towards 977pak staff or other players via any channel including live chat and email.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their explicit consent.

8. Privacy and Data

977pak collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes your name, date of birth, CNIC or identity document details, contact information, payment method details and account activity records. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming checks and customer support purposes.

977pak uses SSL encryption across the entire platform. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party payment processors only to the extent necessary to process your transactions securely.

9. Responsible Gaming

977pak is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment. Betting and casino gaming are forms of adult entertainment that carry genuine financial risk. 977pak strongly encourages all players to:

• Set a personal budget for betting and casino play and never exceed it.
• Use the deposit limit tools available in your account settings to cap your spending on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

10. Limitation of Liability

977pak shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from bets placed on the platform, including losses resulting from connection failures, device issues or network interruptions on the player's side.
• Errors in information provided by third-party sports data feeds used for live market pricing, provided that odds errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Losses caused by a player sharing their login credentials with another person.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the 977pak platform.

Nothing in these terms limits 977pak's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Termination

977pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where these terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has been detected, a self-exclusion request has been received or an account has been inactive for an extended period.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance not derived from bonus abuse will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following the completion of any necessary review.

Players may close their own 977pak account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after standard identity checks have been completed.

12. Amendments to These Terms

977pak may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, players will be notified via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated. If you disagree with any changes made to the terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
